Return/Exchange

Items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date, provided they meet all of the following conditions:

• Item is in new, unused condition

• Item is in its original packaging

• Item has no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

• All original tags are still attached

• A receipt or proof of purchase is provided

Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Tights

• Undergarments

• Tutus

• Clearance or discounted items

Pointe Shoe Policy

Do not wear, mark, sew, bend, soften, or alter pointe shoes in any way until your instructor has approved the fit.
Demi Dance Outlets cannot accept returns or exchanges on pointe shoes that show any signs of wear or alteration, even minimal. Pointe shoes must be in perfect, brand-new condition to qualify for return or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your approval or denial.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
